On this part of the world, herein relevant, Malaysia, I have stayed in hotels in these cities and towns:
Johor Bahru, Mersing, Segamat, Kluang, Batu Pahat, Muar, Melaka, Port Dickson, Seremban, Klang, Petaling Jaya, Kuala Lumpur, Bentong, Temerloh, Kuantan, Kemaman, Paka, Kuala Trengganu, Kota Baru, Gua Musang and others within Peninsular Malaysia.
Irrespective whether the room is big or small, or the rating is 3-Stars or 5-Stars, most people is looking for a room which is clean before checking out on the following criteria:
1. - Comfort of Bed
2. - Room Temperature
3. - Bathroom Amenities
4. - Basic facilities like television, coffee tea pot, writing table, telephone and internet access
5. - And additional facilities if any like safe box, refrigerator, rain-shower, hairdryer, iron board and clothes iron.
Clean to a guest is a complete and wholly clean room, and not a room where that corner is clean, another corner is not.
Like any other guest, first of all, I look at the bed-sheet. It is not only clean, its’ whiteness has not faded and the bed-sheet texture is so fresh and inviting that one desire to touch.
The bed-sheet is wrinkle-free and very well fold-in and the king-size bed ‘is telling me’ the secrets of Hatten Place’s hospitality. Near the headrest, fluffy pillows are ready for her cuddle while she watches the movie and his bed reading habits after he jumped onto the somewhat 16-inches mattress. Both are assured of a comfortable tug in and the sleep shall be good.
Side-tables with foot-lights partnered with ceiling-height mirror plugged with trapezium-shape wall-lamps radiate the feeling of closeness to a couple cooled by the noiseless air-con.
Seize an undisturbed pleasant moment of a carefree rest with your loved ones if you are a parent to a kid who likes to take another rain-shower. The blind when rolled up, you can watch your kid enjoying the rain-shower while you both continue with your affair
The bathroom amenities enough for a day use for three will be replaced on your next day of stay. The brilliant youthful wet area has a non-slip floor with rain-shower and hand-shower and a fast drainage making your feet feel clean while the dry area has a stain-free toilet bowl and a wide top for toiletries when you do facial cleaning.
Bath and face towels are really un-faded, unstained, clean, fresh white and without odor which I used for after-bath satisfaction.
More zest come as I stood on Level 31 behind air-tight and sound-proof shield to gaze the adorable Straits of Melaka, once after bath, next when the night has fall and again when the morning has broken.
I enjoyed the stayed with Premium Room and took a peek at Superior Room, Superior Plus Room, Deluxe Room, Family Superior Room, One Bedroom Suite and Two Bedroom Suite.
